1. Initial Contact
A member of the team will take brief details and arrange a site visit at your convenience.

2. Site Survey
A site survey includes measuring all dimensions of the project area. Any areas the client wishes to retain will be marked to ensure their protection through the construction phase. A risk assessment will be carried out by the site surveyor to ensure the safety of all concerned. We will take the time to listen to your every need and how you wish your project to appear. Also to provide you with any relevant sources of information to help you visualise your own thoughts - this will include our portfolio and the option to visit previous clients.

3. Designing your project
Once we have collated all the relevant information our designer will create a detailed full colour design to scale. This will reflect your exact requirements and total project cost. You will then be contacted to arrange a viewing of the proposed design.

4. The design viewing
Upon viewing the proposed design our designer will discuss every aspect of the project's construction. This process eliminates any queries you may have with the project and outlines the areas that require alterations. If alterations are made you will be required to check the design and if satisfied the design signed and dated.

5. Final stages
Once you are 100% satisfied with all aspects of the project and wish to proceed to the construction phase, we ask for 25% of the quotation total in advance. You have nothing else to pay until project completion. Large projects may require staged payments.

6. The finished product
On completion of your project we offer a before and after photograph with the coloured copy of the design.
