Dear Mr Bailey,
I am aware that Mr. Langford has arranged
for pupils to write letters of thanks with regard to the work you have done on the school pond.
This
is a very appropriate opportunity for me to thank you directly for your work and commitment in significantly and imaginatively
improving the pond and nature area. Following your initial approach to me some while back, with your suggestions and kind
offer to improve the pond, you have transformed the area to the immense benefit of the school and the children in it. The
outcome of this very time consuming project has been a topic of compliments and appreciation by pupils, staff and parents.
Thank you for all you have done in enhancing our pupils' experience and for improving the school
environment.
Yours sincerely
